We're a small team. We usually reply within a few days.

Tell us your Boxart username, what kind of phone you have, and what happened. A screenshot helps.

Report a review, Save Point or profile

The fastest way is in the app: tap … on the review, Save Point or profile and choose Report. We look at every report within 24 hours. You can also email support@boxart.club.

Block someone

Tap … on anything they posted, or on their profile, and choose Block. You won't see each other's reviews or Save Points, and they aren't told. To unblock, go to Profile → Settings → Blocked users.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Delete your account

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it, including your Save Point screenshots. It can't be undone. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
